Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site's art and writing contest, The Future and the Past, has officially opened!A short explanation of the contest:
-The theme is Yonkers, past...and future. Your entry should capture Yonkers as it was, or Yonkers as it will be through the listed art and writing categories.
-The deadline for this contest is July 11th, 2008.
-Entries will be judged according to age and category. (See flyer for details.)

Our contest reception and exhibition will be held August 2nd, 2008, along with an ice cream social! All are welcome.
